Where the river falls into the prefecture below, look along the rocks for a banner west of Rebel's Retreat. Marked as a Mongol territory, it's empty and with no enemies in sight. Look for a high ridge above the duel located east of the Peak, and follow th path all the way to the edge where you can overlook the frozen Kamiagata prefecture across the bay, and you'll find a banner among the rocks at the edge here. The first one is located on top of an archer tower. Sibling Rocks Sashimono Banner Location This one is a bit tricky to get to, but it’s on a clear spot on the map. Sashimono Banners are banners, commonly mounted on back of a Samurai to distinguish each other's house & allies.
